Company definitely sandbagged big time, you will need to be patient to get even or somehow make profits,IMO Every where I shop I use my credit card and it is a PAY machine they are using, are they selling the product or do they make money every time someone uses machine.
Don't mind nobeer he is just Twitch and Berkley in Drag.
He loves to talk and respond to himself.
The news on the liquids seems to be excellent. It is strange there was not more follow up on the Mayfair but then the acquisition was a real game changer.
What I did notice was that their MCFE replacement was $2.88 on legacy and $1.77 with the gas acquisitions included.
Given the massive gain in ngls volumes and the collapse of the blended stack from $41 to $30 things certainly could have been worse. Wish we did have better color on how the stack will change with the focus on oil. There was on bush off answer on the $36 guidance assumptions for ngls. Big question market for a 20% pricing assumptions.
It is very interesting as the guidance for gas and ngls are flat with the increase in oil. But the oil and the pricing gains on ngls were only going to get to a DCF coverage of 1.1 for guidance.
Given the sad Obama rate of capital investment to drive ethane absorption it may take a few years. But at some point that NGL stack is going to take off in price. So the BRY acquisition should fill in the time line with oil.
Still Mayfield could be a silver bullet.
Fantastic. I picked up ACTG after you pointed it out but sold it at a slight profit and put it into PKT, so far unfortunately.. Congratulation, ACTG did everything you said about it. Now if you and I are just as correct on PKT there should be more fireworks with PKT since they have more shorts than ACTG and less stock available for shorts to cover..
Book value is what the company says its assets are worth. Citi was "worth" $34 per share when it crashed. The market, and any potential suitor to buy the company, will value them much much differently.
For those who have a strong stomach.
$11.5 mil over capex budget for the LDI mine expansion for 2012.
One positive regarding Veeza: Dilution issues have improved significantly with the modified long hole benching technique.
Plenty of shares to borrow and sell. That part is a non-issue for them. They also aren't paying much of an interest rate on their borrowed shares (less than 10%). I think they are in good shape at this point, they know what they are doing, and have proven over and over how good they are at getting what they want. I don't think they have any worries and will do whatever they want to do with NAVB. We just don't know what they want to do. We can guess/speculate but we don't know. But count on whatever it is..... they will accomplish it.
GLTLs but it may be a long wait if you are waiting for a really big pay-off such as a buy-out in the teens or better. That's likely years away, IMO. But if you are looking for $5 to $8 price points, we'll likely see that or a little higher briefly and then back to the $4 or $5 until revenues happen, assuming they achieve good revenues. Then back to $5 to $8 or maybe up to $9 to $11 but no buy-out and pay-off above this for 3 to 5 years. Sorry and all IMO!!
Thank you very much. I dont think we will be down here very long. This Cannavest thing could work out quicker than we think. Dixie is going to be a blockbuster. I think it is going to be the Coca-Cola of its market. We should not underestimate this stock. It ran pretty well. Technically it needed a break, but this is way oversold right now. This stock should never have drifted below the SMA on the daily chart. I think we should have solid support in the mid .30's short term. I dont want to really get into predictions though, I just want people to understand that what is happening right now, with the articles, naked shorting, and unwarranted bashing on these boards is all a product of manipulation.
I have a wife and two generations of "infernos" so far. You should try it. It might bring you a little maturity and needed humility.
ummmmmm...its there, just gotta look harder ;)
scroll over to the right of your s/n, and dropdown under "flag" you'll find "wizzy" err I mean "ignore"
