Apple will never just simply announce anything as far as a dividend point blank. But they will announce that a special "event" will be taking place on such and such date. It will be between that announcement and the event date that you will see panic buying in this stock. That will be a most excellent time.

Its not rocket science - look at the pop VVUS got on simple news of a #$%$ App they were releasing. Eisai should come out and start talking about what they are going to do marketing-wise. They dont have to give away the game plan to VVUS, who couldnt match it anyway so even if they did leak something it wouldnt matter. How about saying "we are doing TV ads," or how about Jack coming out and saying "all this talk that the prescription drug obesity market is not as big as we thought it was is absolute rubbish and here's why," or "we have already spoken to 100,000 MDs who have expressed an interest in prescribing Belviq," or "we've been overwhelmed by the response of MDs," or "we're going to have Eiasai cheerleaders dress up in fat costumes, pop a Belviq at tailgate parties and strip."
Point is it doesnt have to be true, the FUD and all the B S in these articles is not true, but its planted seeds of doubt all over the market and even in retail investors minds. Jack, Arena, Eisai get on the front foot and get damn proactive and stop this limbo period where everyone has something to say about your product except you.

and will continue down as JJ has been paid for services and now the switch-a-roo play by the judges will make it literally impossible to bust. All of the judges will be fixed for life and most likely their families as well. On the other hand Vringo and their investors will be left sucking hind TIT!
