I think you are right. After earning. Got to have numbers. I am so happy to read some of the messages. I have DDD almost 2 years. Never read message board until 2 weeks ago.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I don't care if BBY lowers their prices, even more reason for no profit.
Capital ONE wants out now

"Liza should not be so confident in this investment. "
I do not have any investment in TRP. In fact I have argued against silly high price predictions on this board.
I simply stated that with no pipeline the oil will be transported by rail which has much higher chance of spill.
doge - Jury recommendation = 30MM in damages and RR of 3.5% of 20.9% (estimated #'s of course, I'm at work)
I have a clue on what's taken place. If the Jury decision holds, VRNG will be looking at roughly 600-800MM thru 2016. What we (yes, you incl) don't know is what the end result will be.I remember EDVA. I also remember MikeHD when he said "doesn't look good". I've been here wayyyy too long to not have a clue..Lol! P.S. I don't feel "all wrongs will be fixed" as you say. Laches is out of the question IMO.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Who's "we"? What phone call? You're an absolutely ridiculous person. A terrible basher (even by basher standards). And a very, very unpopular contributor around these parts. Newbies - note the abundance of thumb downs. It's really awful.
Shortys I going get their panty shorts in a bunch next 11 trading days. They will be going back and forth with themselves. Should I cover ?! Should I cover now?! Ohh rats what happens if Hek fins are somewhat decent and this shoots up and I should of, could have covered inat 3.80.....

They don't keep back to prop a later payment.
And earnings is not relevant to MLP payouts. It is distributable cash flow that is key.
Hi fp, for the contest you do NOT do all 10 weeks in one shot. That would be near impossible! Good question. Rather, submissions are done each week for 10 weeks, with your best 9 scores counting towards your final score. Submissions for a given week open 10 days before the storage report and close the Monday three days before the storage report at 11:59 pm EDT. For week 1, you will be picking the withdrawal for the week beginning last Saturday, Feb 16, and running through this Friday, Feb 22, which will be reported by the EIA a week from Thursday, on February 28. Submissions opened at midnight this morning and run through next Monday evening. Bonus points are awarded in the form of a points multiple factor if you submit early in order to encourage risk-taking. If you submit right now, for example, you will earn 1.9x your total initial point total for week 1. If you wait until next Monday, you will earn about 1.0x (i.e. no bonus), although I expect your picks will be more accurate. It’s up to you whether you take a risk and submit early to receive a bonus, or submit late to likely receive a better initial score, but no multiple.
U.S. Gulf Coast gasoline strengthened for ninth consecutive day, extending its winning streak to the longest since 2002 as Motiva Enterprises LLC was said to shut a unit at its Port Arthur, Texas, plant.
The refinery shut a fluid catalytic cracker overnight and is now conducting unplanned repairs, according to a person familiar with operations, who asked not to be identified because the information isn’t public. The unexpected closing adds to work being done on the plant’s delayed coker, sulfur recovery unit and smallest of three crude units.
Refinery maintenance is also under way at Phillips 66’s Sweeny plant, Exxon Mobil Corp.’s Beaumont site and Alon USA Energy Inc.’s Big Spring facility, among others, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Together, combined with the Motiva Port Arthur plant, the four refineries have a capacity of 1.26 million barrels a day, or about 14 percent of total U.S. Gulf Coast capacity.
Conventional, 87-octane gasoline on the Gulf Coast strengthened 2.75 cents to 0.25 cent below futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange at 2:04 p.m. That’s the ninth consecutive gain, the longest string of gains since October 2002, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Reformulated gasoline, or RBOB, advanced 8.75 cents to a premium of 7.75 cents, the highest level since Oct. 9.
“Chronic issues at Motiva’s Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, as well as extended delays in ExxonMobil’s Baytown, Texas, refinery, provided exceptional strength to U.S. Gulf Coast cash markets,” Thomas Finlon, director of Energy Analytics Group Ltd., wrote in a weekly report.
Ultra-low-sulfur diesel on the Gulf gained 0.38 cent to 5.75 cents above heating oil futures, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
Crack spreads, or a measure of refining profitability, should “bode very well” in the near term because of the “disproportionately high maintenance schedules,” said Finlon, who is based in Jupiter, Florida.
The 3-2-1 crack spread on the Gulf Coast, measured by West Texas Intermediate in Cushing, Oklahoma, dropped 65 cents to $36.12 a barrel at 2:25 p.m., the first decline in five days. The same spread for Light Louisiana Sweet oil declined 99 cents to $14.32 a barrel.
The New York Harbor 3-2-1 spread, measured using Brent oil in Europe, was $14.31 a barrel, up from $14.08 Feb. 15. Reformulated gasoline strengthened 0.38 cent to 2 cents below futures, while ultra-low-sulfur diesel gained 0.12 cent to a premium of 9.25 cents over heating oil futures.
Just my opinion, this looks like a failed pump and dump attempt that is why the 20x normal one day volume on Tuesday with more than 8 million share volume compared to a week ago when less than 400 thousand share one day volume here.
Nobody wants to pay more than 2 cents for shares but somebody is dumping many millions of shares under 2 cents, WHY?
The problem is the pumping here did NOT work but they are still trying.
Ave $66.21. A down day today would have decimated my bond fund as I would have jumped in with both feet. Best potential swing in more than a year. GLTA.
