Back when things were in first gear and Pykett was running the operation, it was slow, not much mojo but that's expected with a new operation getting started. Now the train is moving and Rick was brought in and that shocked the shorts that a pro is now in charge. Cardinal is now being pushed by 12 sales persons needed on staff, due to the new assignment that allows direct education to the persons that need it and make the decision that, heck ya, LS is far better in too many ways not to use it for about the same cost per unit. Then shorts were blind sided by Macrophage Therapeutics. This would be like a third rate boxer finding out minutes before the fight that Ali in his prime is fighting instead of some bozo fighter. Shocking, scary and deadly. Shorts are on the ropes now with knees getting weaker by the day. Poor suckers.
This stock looks much better than any other in this segment. Sentiments are towards strong buy.

I do not see that as an issue. This is strictly a licensing agreement.
That's like saying I grow some really good corn... And iv worked really hard on my corn. There is a market for my corn but I don't feel like doing the work to sell it.
Here I'll give you the sole rights to selling my corn anywhere In Canada. I'll supply you with the corn. Go sell it. I want 16% of the sales tho. You keep the rest.
If you want to put two and two together you might look back, now with some hindsight, and say that the notice of allowance in U.S. For patent in psoriasis became a lot more valuable now.
I would really like to assume that a deal in the US is coming. They will most likely have a similar deal on a larger scale. If so they will manufactur and distribute from the U.S. to feed the demand of the Canada deal and hopefully the US deal.
That's just assuming a bunch of non facts in my head. But I would say that getting the product to the sellers is the easy part of the equation.... The hard part was getting deals and a product that ppl want to buy.
So far, companies have paid around 25 million dollars for the license to sell this drug. CANF has only received 10 of it. More will be released as we go. Hope for good news and more deals. Including a manufacturing deal or two. Maybe in the us.
I am excited for the the next few months.
We'll finally get a nice kick upwards on Friday post ER. I've got to believe the company has been saving all the good news to unleash on Friday. After the last flopped ER, I'm sure very valuable lessons were learned and will be implemented this time around. For starters, we will have no further "accounting irregularity" concerns. We'll also get a detailed update on what the business has been up to lately- possible acquisitions, partnerships, expansions in additional international markets..... Stay long and strong - relief is on the way!!

We have some kid every time the same story.
Disney is an Intenational company, and has stockholders worldwide.
When a dividend thick is sent to person in Africa, it has to delivered by special mail to the nearest post office. Certified mail costs more, but funds are not stolen by the family, friend and crocks in the post office.
In the past 50 years Disney has retired employees living in more than 50 countries.
Try not to get into dividend talk any more.
In some Asian countries the newspaper has to be delivered to a person at the house. If thrown outside like USA, you donot get paid. Paper will be stolen.
Try to travel see how the rest of the world lives.
Please do not try again Dividend subject without the implications.
You will never learn and will not even try to learn.
Not everyone in other country has a bank account.

Either way, I'm in position (a beautiful thing), and I can wait.
We seem to have had some bigger buyers who stepped in and then out today. I think they are hoping that the PPS will churn in place for a while so they can accumulate blocks without moving the PPS (much), but my gut tells me they are anxious that even the "little guys" are numerous and excited enough to drive the price up without them, and they don't want to miss these prices, so that's IMO the conundrum with which they are grappling...
Just my gut talking after observing the PPS behavior today.
GLTA MVIS Longs!
A 25% correction isn't likely for a few months. I think we'll probably see a 10% correction within the next two months though.
My advice then was based on my own previous mistakes. This thing was soaring like the old dot coms and it is easy to get greedy. While I may strongly disagree with posters or posts at times here, I don't take any pleasure in seeing anyone lose. Well maybe Stoxx is an exception, LOL.
It would thus appear that for Senator Cruz to qualify as a natural-born citizen under this paragraph, (a) both of his parents would need to be U.S. citizens at the time of birth; and (b) one of the parents had a residence in the US at the time of birth.
Senator Cruz’s mother was clearly an American citizen—having been born in Delaware—at the time she gave birth to her son. However, Mr. Cruz’s father was a Cuban immigrant who, according to a statement issued this week by Cruz’s spokesman, was not an American citizen prior to his taking his wife to Canada to work in the oil business.
