KB - My question was not well posed...We know that 1 year OS for 300 cells was 96% and 100 cells was 79% but no add'l data on OS between to the two cohorts after year 1??? Just wondering why that data is not being shared...

But my point was, and still is, - there was an immediate 5% increase in the share price the Monday after the Barron's article, and - unlike most "Barron's effect" price changes - this one persisted for, now, two weeks, and grew to almost 7%.. I read somewhere - probably on this message board - that the premium to NAV was now about 7%. What a coincidence!

My point was, and is, this looks like a good source of about 7% return (annual), but the recent price jump of 7% represents a year's return, so I plan to wait till the price settles back to about 20.5, where it was before the Barron's Round Table article.
