Sentiment: Strong Buy
I'm just an independent investor. I bought my shares b/n $6 - $6.50, so I'm not that disappointed with Boris. Sold most of my shares at $8.43. Take care gents
Take a hike , you don't even own this stock , so don't use the word "we" when referring to it .
Dropped on perceived weakness of the brand, IMHO, based on Sergio's comments. He obviously didn't figure on GM and F coming out and saying "We're fine on our own". So, kind of backfired. But, sales are doing well and the "whole FCAU package" has really only been around since last Fall.
I believe FCAU will soon resume its climb, but this stumble by SM didn't help. Just ahead of his time, is what I read into it. Likely a good time for new investors to initiate a position. We saw how quick it recovered from low $11's in early Dec 2014 when the secondary fell on us like a wet towel. All JMHO. GL FCAU longs.
What did I say, just what did I say?
I hope you ignorant bashers were shorts, b/c you guys are getting fried.
Manipulation that could not be clearer than this. Market valuation of $250 mil. Two drugs in the pipeline, two phase 3 trials awaiting readout, 80 million in cash. Alternatively look at GERN. 600 million market cap, one drug in the pipeline in phase 2 trials that have not even finished enrolling.
Don't get me wrong. I was disappointed yesterday. Still, today's price action is a major exercise in silliness. There is no rational reason for it to have traded at a price ($6.33) that RAS hasn't seen since September 4, 2013 (20 months ago). With that in mind, let's compare yesterday's results with 2Q 2013 (the results in place twenty months ago) and 2Q 2011 (the quarter in which RAS resumed payment of a quarterly dividend.
1 - RAS just paid an 18 cent dividend. In 2Q2014 it paid a 13 cent dividend. In 2Q2011 it paid a 6 cent dividend. 18 cents is the highest dividend RAS has paid over the interval and it should at least in continue in 2Q (RAS has already estimated that 2Q CAD will be rather high ( 36 cents).
2 - 1Q net income was -9 cents per share. In 2Q2014 net income was -81 cents per share. In 2Q2011 net income was -53 cents per share. -9 cents is by far RAS smallest loss over the interval.
3 - 1Q FFO was 5 cents per share. In 2Q2014 FFO was -94 cents per share. In 2Q2011 FFO was -34 cents per share. 5 cents is RAS highest AFFO over the interval.
4 - Gross revenue in 1Q was $82.8 million. In 2Q2014 gross revenue was $65.9 million. In 2Q2011 gross revenue was $58.8 million. Notice the growth?
I could go on. Rental income is up over 150% from 2Q2011 and up over 90% from 2Q2013.
I could go on. RAS is objectively a stronger, safer company than was the last time it touched these prices. The selling, to the extent that it was anything but short shares, seems irrational.
If anyone is watching this board from Latham, be advised. Myself and several other long time PLUG shareholders (read:owners) have run out of patience with your cavalier attitude towards the plunging share price. If there is news to be shared, share it now. If there is not, own up to it. Our group controls about 1 million shares and if things do not improve dramatically soon, we will begin recruiting additional shareholders. I believe we can gather about 3 million voting shares and our voice will be heard in the boardroom. If these new customers were only in Andy's mind, and had not signed an agreement, then terminate him immediately. Teal has confirmed Andy's comments so she would have to go as well. It is unnacteptable for PLUG management to sit on their hands while shareholder value is flying out the window. The second stop on our 'road trip' will be at the SEC, the third stop being the DOJ.
Countries in Europe have been completely shut down by union marches celebrating communist May DAY festivities. Italy , Greece and all European socialist kommie union run countries have seen every business closed .
Coming to America should democrats win in 2016 along with a uaw strike at GM that is rapidly approaching.
But saying"emnarrassment of riches" is what they have. He did not say " we have an embarrassment of riches that will make shareholders rich immediately". These embarrassment of riches will pan out over time. It's clear no one will make a big deal for this delivery method until Afrezza proves itself and the delivery method(through the lungs) proves no immediate horrible side effects. I believe over time(years) the "embarrassment of riches" will be proven correct. Unfortunately some on here want immediate gratification and don't understand how biotechs work. They yell at management for saying nothing, then yell at them for saying something(embarrassment of riches line Matt said).
