My hunch is that the current stock price is reflecting that CHMP does "not" vote for broad based PBA treatment! Avanir is NOT including any future EU Nuedexta revenue in their cash flow projections. That being said, if CHMP does vote in favor of broad based approval (same approval as the FDA gave) we ought to rally on the news! Thanks for keeping us updated from the EU!

The company needs to increase the buyback and everytime this happens buyback and get it out of weak hands and the manipulators will run.
Management really has let down shareholders by not saying or doing anything.
This should make for a VERY interesting CC in a couple of weeks. -

And on an almost daily basis the media, the Congressional Budget Office or some other government entity finds a new cost or a new difference in what was projected.
The folks that voted for this bill don't have a clue what the cost is going to be, how it will be paid for, or what the impact on the citizens of this country will be. They are guessing and that is part of the reason for all the new 'revelations' week after week.
This was a pig in a poke and now we the people are being poked, hard!
But of course to Ricky, as news of higher costs or other problems are simply Tea Party lies. -

yes jacqueline, just keep adding as the price keeps dropping - that is exactly the way to play it - but also remember to use more and larger amounts of money as you go - borrow as you can and sell other stocks also. Maybe you have some real property to sell to buy more shares as well - you surely do not want to miss an opportunity to completely ruin yourself now do you!
