The number of South Koreans infected with Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) increased to 12 on Friday, just nine days after the first case was reported, Yonhap News Agency and YTN reported citing the health ministry.
Two more cases were reported Friday evening as the new infectees were hospitalized at the same ward with the patient zero in his late 60s.
Earlier in the morning, the ministry said that two others were confirmed positive for the deadly viral disease. They included a nurse who treated the first patient and a male who was admitted to the same hospital ward with the first patient.
A South Korean man, who went to China for a business trip Tuesday, was tested positive for the MERS, according to the Chinese health authorities.
The 44-year-old man flew from South Korea to Hong Kong on Tuesday and entered Huizhou city via Shenzhen. He had close contact with his father and sister, the third and fourth patients infected with the MERS corona virus.
The number of infectees rose rapidly to 12 just nine days after the patient zero was confirmed positive on May 20.
The first patient was an unidentified 68-year-old male who traveled to the Middle East region before returning to South Korea on May 4. His wife became the second patient who contracted the deadly virus.
The third infectee was a 76-year-old man who shared a hospital room with the first patient, and his daughter who attended to the third patient became the fourth.
The doctor, who examined the patient zero earlier this month, became the fifth. The sixth case was a 71-year-old male who was hospitalized at the same ward with the patient zero, and the seventh was a 28-year-old nurse who treated the first patient.
The MERS is a respiratory illness caused by a new type of corona-virus. The first case was spotted in Saudi Arabia in 2012. There is no vaccine or treatment for the disease, with its fatality rate reaching 40.7 percent.
Why don't they show a person playing a REAL up-to-date game on their website? If this thought control #$%$ really worked every gaming company on the planet would be fighting to own this technology but are they...no!!
The BCI is nothing more than a "mood" ring or the black "8" ball that you ask questions.....just silly.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
$79 was resistance prior to the 5/14 breakout to $81.30. It has now acted as downside support since the breakout. If $79 is taken out then, it would be a rather negative event that could send it back to the mid-to-lower $70's.
City Council on May 28 unanimously approved $3.7 million to purchase 1000 cameras. Council member stated at vote that 1000 cameras aren't enough. There's 3500 officers and ALL should have them. I agree.

We disagree, at least in part. But at least you know of what you talk unlike one idot poster here.
Abat was going to disclose, at least said so and no reason to say so if they didn't mean it, before the HF got involved. IMHO, the involvement of Southpaw ended abat's intent to disclose as they have no intention of helping or giving a HF anything. Show otherwise.
Yes any one has a right to say as they wish or institute legal action if they wish, we see that all over the securities world. Ad Abat has the right to say F.....k off to them. Which they are
Bottom line, IMHO Southpaw is doing what they anticipated would move the pps down to buy cheaply and they did. just like HFs played hardball with the argitine doubt refinancing.
But we are getting hurt. And I guarantee you arcam will nt disclose anything if the HF persists. Even if they win judgements in the American courts, what remedy. But believe as you wish. History support my conclusions.
As a software specialist, I would encourage you to pray a lot! You must know how a minor, innocuous, glitch can create enormous havoc directed at you. How you conduct your personal praying is immaterial in my opinion as long as it calms your soul.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Just the way it is. Bill, put out news. Xfri. Sat. Sun. And Monday,ka-boooommm! TOO! Bill, no warning!!!! HMMM!

To me the numbers are very bad and I don't see them getting any better. I have been in the market a long time and I have never seen a stock baffle me as much as Tesla does. I do think Tesla is at a risk of going Bankrupt because of their high Debt and the product they sell. After the rich get their fill of the new toy the Tesla car, that is when the wheels will come off of this thing. If the rich don't support Tesla it is a bankrupt stock. Lower income people who spend their money more wisely will not support Tesla after the rich have gone to another fad. It might take a couple more quarters, that when I expect the car sales to really drop off.
"My reason for buying vcsy is there was a lot of talk about Emily™ XML Scripting Language."
Talk? What talk? The only talk was bogus hype on these message boards. If you had done any real research, you would have seen that when XML became a standard in the early 2000's, lot's of people created extensions to XML to make it behave like some sort of programming language (which it was never intended for.) Almost all of those attempts ended in complete failure because XML was not designed to become a programming language, and extending XML to do that didn't work very well.
I guess you read Portuno's erroneous hype and thought Emily was going to be something special. After over a decade, nobody has found a use for it. Whatever Portuno ever claimed about Emily never came true, just like everything he ever predicted.
Nonsense. Of course the music will be played. No Beatles or Stones? Please. And SIRI will pay, just like they pay for post-72.
