True. However, I would like to see an increase in tute ownership. A bit disconcerting. I know four months ago we were all saying tutes were adding, tutes were adding; it would be over 50% as Milano brings star-power to meetings and conferences; exp-whateverhisnameiswaswillbe was saying we would be seeing 13gs, etc. As we know now, it increased by 3% only, and it wouldn't surprise me if we see a drop. I would also like to see insider buys. Why not? We longs are ranting and raving, saying it's a steal. Management must SEE that it's a steal; like us, they are not immune to making money.

2.2 billion is peanuts for a big pharma but can Jack do it? I think Arena's got a serious case of founders' syndrome and Jack needs to take a buyer REAL SOON or take a hike before his ego kills the company. Let go Jack. This bit - "If I had to guess and put a name on it, I’d say that at some point, the drug war was as much a function of class and social control as it was of racism. " is pretty much enough to know that Simon knows what he's talking about. I've personally seen a black guy beaten to within an inch of his life for ordering a cheeseburger in a restaurant. Literally.
Growing up in the rural south where blacks were still serfs, the main thing I couldn't really comprehend was why they hadn't burned the whole place down yet.
While I don't agree with a lot of what you say, I would agree that foresight could have obviated the need for the streaming deal. I think if they had started with small scale production and established the grade of the deposit, the shares they've sold could have been sold for a MUCH higher price and the streaming deal would not have been needed.
The U.S. economy grew more slowly than expected in the first three months of 2015. Factors included harsh winter weather, a strong dollar and a slowdown in shipping due to West Coast port disputes.
