So THAT'S why the monkey had trouble walking...
Sentiment: Strong Buy
In announcing the recent $203K grant from the NIH/NHLBI for HemoDefend, Dr. Chan mentioned collaborating with Dr. Larry Dumont, Director of the Center for Transfusion Medicine Research at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. (slide 7) Dr. Chan suggested checking out this gentleman’s background in order to understand the importance of this collaboration.
So I did.
Dumont wrote a paper “CO2 Effects During Anaerobic Storage of RBC’s”. He has a connection to a company called New Health Sciences which is developing Hemanext. Hemanext is a blood filter which uses sorbent material to remove the O2 and CO2 from blood which is then sealed and stored anaerobically.
HemoDefend can remove other stuff from blood. Interestingly, the company website says HemoDefend removes “contaminants” from blood. Perhaps the company doesn’t know exactly what it removes; presumably cytokines are taken out.
Actually it was the other way around but if it makes ya feel better to tell everyone in the home Tripp go right ahead brother LOL LOL time to get your diaper emptied tomorrow. . .
The same could have been, [ and was ] said about the past 10 years worth of buellshart forward looking statements too. Worded so as to mislead the reader into thinking the team of silver tongued wordsmithing buellsharters had actually DONE something worth believing while they were hiding behind the Safe Harbor clause. History of their actual [NON] accomplishments when compared to their FLSs is the litmus test.
After a decade of it, the only thing that will make it different is actually PRODUCING something rather than misleading people into thinking they have actually accomplished what they have misled people to believe through their bogus forward looking statements.
Again, as Rod Tidwell says .......... SHOW ME THE MONEY !!!
You are most welcome---Although still a lot of risk factors,
stock showing glimmers of strength---
Sooner or later IMHO some institutional investor could
discover this---think decent chance for at least a "6 bagger"
from current $.60+ level---
Stock actually followed closely by a few analysts in Canada
including Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce analyst
With float diminishing one can expect an awesome spike in price but likewise an awesome rapid drop as bad news come out. Stock becomes sensitive in both directions. A general sell-off tomorrow will make this stock drop more than the rest of the stocks.. For the novices, look up "thinly traded stocks". However, I do not think this stock is thinly traded yet.
Well said. As you must know, that study has been terminated. I believe it is because the participants have lived well past what was anticipated and Duke saw no need to fund it. Proof in the pudding.
Regardless, appears Blackwell is pro -tdox. Can't wait to hear what Rugo has to say.
i hold this dust #$%$ for 20 days and made 4% profit . fact. do u have skin in the game?
Man U r an angry dude. You get madder the more it goes up. Did you consider how much a United and possibly other providers could mean in revenue. It's very significant. Also, this CEO took CCS medical from like 80 mill to 600 mill in revenue in his last position. I live local where he was, people know he was a smart dude
You must be young, I was just as stubborn when I was younger
At today’s AMD Accelerate 2013 conference, AMD showed off a number of products featuring its processors. Among them was the MSI W20 3M, an 11.6-inch tablet running Windows 8. We went hands-on with this new tablet to see how it measures up with other Windows 8 slates on the market.
The W20 has an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768-pixel IPS display with a 10-point multi-touch touch screen. While that’s a lower resolution than the Surface, which has a 1080p display, it should mean that the W20 will have a lower price point. For example, while it’s not a tablet, the $399 HP Pavilion Touchsmart 11z also has an A4 CPU.
The W20 is powered by an AMD A4-1200 processor with AMD Radeon HD 8180 graphics and 2GB of DDR3L RAM. Consumers will have a choice of either a 64GB or 128GB SSD. THe W20 lacks USB ports, but a plastic tab along one side covers a microSD card slot. Connectivity includes 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
With a 2-cell, 34.78-watt hour battery, MSI claims the W20 will last up to 9 hours on Windows idle, and 6 hours of 1080p video playback.
Pricing and availability of the W20 3M has not yet been announced; we’re certainly looking forward to testing the tablet.
beagle - you opened a can of worms.
Ask 10 different people, and you will get 12 different answers.
My thought - I believe Medicare is costing too much. As baby boomers retire, no tax revenue, and increased burden the government. To remove government from funding Medicare, transfer the cost to population, via Obama Care.
