Could some one explain what's going on after hours?
From 4:00 pm to 4:35 pm nothing was going on. After "Trina Solar Announces the Offering of 8,800,000 American Depositary Shares" at 4:35 pm then tsl goes down 3.5% more to $12:00 or below. why?
And you see the volume of each transaction is much larger than the usual. Why?
Does this offering make the stock price cheaper ? why?

That's not how it works. If they add let's say 10% shares to the total, they get paid the market value of those shares in cash. But usually these shares are sold at a discount, and the open market will gravitate towards the secondary price before they announce it. it has already begun...
