WTO has already given them good excuse to delay their rulings; good deal for them to take.
Even by upholding their unfair 2012 rulings is 100% sinful and shameful, it's total waste of our effort in promoting energy policy.
Totally agree. Could it be common sense has set in and they're delaying opening their stupid mouths? Getting pretty late in the trading day now, not that they'd care. I'll be trapped in a car driving for 9 hours on Monday, so guess I'll miss the action if they release this after hours today.
Seems to me that what is already out there is the worst case scenario so one would hope any downside is already built in. And, it could be better is they give the WTO ruling consideration, which I doubt they will. With the lowest tariff it seems to me that this could actually be an advantage to TSL. Then there is CSIQ which does some manufacturing in Canada but not sure if any of the components they are using would still make that production subject to tariffs. Anyone know the answer to that one? Thanks and good luck.
