Isn't it a foregone conclusion that if the deal with Mongolia is finalized, RIO will move to buy out TRQ? If so, does TRQ stock go away and investors in TRQ become holders of RIO stock? Or would TRQ continue to be listed? What would be the upside potential of TRQ?
nothing here is foregone conclusion. so no. you are addressing the wrong issues, imo. we got a frickin impasse and trq retail s/h are being hurt. rio will survive and the Mongols i guess, are plain dumb.
i dont think you should be in this stock if you dont know how a buyout works. '
just google corporate takeovers and read what occurs.........its simple.
Yes, I understand the impasse and that RIO will survive. I don't think you understand the question.
Thanks for your arrogant response though. I googled corporate takeovers and there are a lot of scenarios that could play out in a buyout or buyout offer versus how simple you advise it all is.
