Where is Support for Current Price?

Why did this stock jump in price like it did this week? Was it day traders, Cramer, what? It does not make sense. From what I see business is not increasing to support, there is no indication of a big turnaround in financial performance, no Company anouncements.......Does not make sense.

The financial performance has been dismal - these stats came from Yahoo Finance Key Statistics....

    Enterprise Value/EBITDA -3.653
    Total Cash $164.51m
    Total Debt $1.58Billion!
    Book Value Per Share -$1.226
    Operating Cash Flow -$134.18m
    Levered Free Cash Flow -$89.91m
    Second Quarter Loss of $309M

They are bleeding cash daily - to the point that on
August 28 they had to negotiate a 10th credit amendment suspending the liquidity requirement of greater or equal to $100M until Oct. 13, 2009. This came from YRCW.COM, investors section, under SEC filings.

They have a shareholders equity of -$72.9m

So why would the stock price go up?
