If they win the lawsuit...and I think they will...they will get a large some of operating capital for free...and if they lose the will be able to drop out of the NMFA...I think I will buy some ABFS stock... smart guys at ABF...Aloha
to let you know, they abf does have a chance, i would sai 1 in 10 billion especially since they voted on the concessions and loss and yrc employees endorsed it. just another judge that feels power to overturn another judge, this will go to another judge and be overturned in yrc favor, just a game.
to put the case in simple terms...its about all signatory parties voting on concessions at the same time...the ABF vote was well after the concessions were made by YRCW and the IBT...Aloha
didn't notice how long that thread was.
So are you enjoying your 5% plunge while the market is up
Read your comments did you ever bother to notice they were already trading at 45 x next years earnings and filing suits indicating they will be at a competitive disadvantage if the YRCW agreement isn't undone. Additionally, their largest competitor is almost BK and they can't make $. That does not sound like a great invest to me
I'm assuming you are just trying to tick people off with that post but I'd stick with the real facts on YRCW. There is a high probability they will dilute or they will go BK. Boring stocks like INTC and IBM have too much upside to fool with a stock like this
