Zollars as CEO not acting or supporting stock holders
I beleive he is doing everything he can do to keep the stock from failing, renegotiate with unions, he has banks sitting still not even collecting interest, froze pension, selling assets to maintain cash flow, increase sales, defeating lawsuit.
Having said that he made some poor decisions, like his investment in China when the company was running out of cash etc. but I think the initial poster thinks Zollars should make a press statement or something to prop up the stock - that would be stupid and legally improper. He can only do one more thing to keep the stock from going down and that is to announce he has a way to recapitalize with minimal dilution <60% I think would be long-term good news
