Note out this AM:
"Yellow is in the process of hashing out the details of a recapitalization that will likely – in our view – result in further (significant) dilution of existing shareholders. As outlined above, Yellow does not look like it will generate enough cash flow to cover capital needs. What’s more, there is deferred interest that will come due and pension contributions to the Central States plan that will start to pick up again. Beyond these items, we do not see how there will be any residual cash flow. No residual cash flow, no equity value.
We maintain our Underperform rating."
I don,t how this could be since there is no longer a company called "Yellow" out there. I do know of a company called YRC, a division of YRCW. Amazing how these suppose analsyts give information on a company no longer operated by that name out there.
