" We will do whatever it takes to ensure YRC's survival"

What part of that quote from the head of the IBT ltl division do you shorts and bashers not understand? Please explain? YRC and the IBT will do WHATEVER it takes. Shareholders wiped out...possibly. New one's will be rounded up. More concessions for drivers and dockworkers...possibly. WHATEVER IT TAKES. There will be tens of thousands of bellyaching complaints lodged at this free forum. The get rich quick investors will become the bashing shorts. Its all part of the process.
Now go ahead with your endless whining about dilution.

    • you are adderssing shorts... by definition shorts are concerned with the stock price

the existing shareholders are done either way as I've said since late July and you didn't believe...

you have been consistently wrong a long time and are a fool among other things

      as for union? hahahaha

      why should they be believed

here is an example from when YRC bought the companies

“We will continue to closely watch the acquisition so that our members’ jobs and interests and protected,” said Tyson Johnson, Teamsters Freight Division Director.

      That is from May '05.

      before YRC shed 20,000 Teamsters.

      and wait...ahahhahahaha

isn't that the same union guy in charge now?

      ahahahahahhahahaa

finally, we have someone to blame the recession on. How dare the Teamsters allow YRC to experience the recession? The question here begs to be asked..does the IBT have ANY SAY on who or how many people
YRC lays off? Hail no! What a stupid argument by a stupid industry outsider.

    • you may think talking bout dilution is whining - but - if YRCW does get it all done - and avoids BK - the dilution it will take guarantees this POS will remain a ZOMBIE for years with no visible upside.

    • The Union Slugs always say that cool stuff.

They said that during teh strike in 1994 at Churchill Truck Lines, the company went BK and the union packed up that day and left.

They said that at the Red Star strike in 2005, they would do whatewver it took to organize the 11 office workers in Phila.

They put the company out of business.

These are not businessmen they are criminals who have no idea of profit they only steal and beat people up when they see necessary.

Then they give millons of $$$ to Democrats..

Of course they shoud try to do whatever they can, after all the Teamsters killed YRC..

    • what exactly was the point of your post?
