Can one long explain how this doesn't matter

Most money YRCW ever made was $288 million back when they were doing almost 9 billion in sales

There are 47.8 million shares outstanding that will soon only be worth 2.5% of the company so

even if best year ever is repeated $288 million x .025 = 7.2 million allocated to 47.8 million shares = .15 per share profit. if they could get a PE of 8 the stock would be worth $1.20 a share

now do you beleive they will rapidly match their best year ever at sales of 4-5 billion? Do you think they are doing all the maintenance they need to be doing on the equipment right before asking for a huge infustion of capital or do you think they are sandbagging the maintenance right now? Do you think there is no chance this will all fall apart and the stock go to -0-?

How could this stock trade higher than it is today?
