No reverse split is needed if YRCW's market capitalisation exceed a certain amount (even if its PPS is under 1 buck). Many stocks in NASDAQ are like that. CTIC was under a buck for many months. PARD is another example
Anything can happen. If the members vote no or our POS goes up. Dont count YRCW out!
