Lots of posts about wether IVN at 12.50 has the price built into the investment agreement. I believe so, with about a 20% discount anyway. Now EGI on the other hand, its a friggin' penny stock. No institutional investing there, not yet anyway.
EGI is 31% owned by IVN and RTP, and has LOTS more land surrounding IVN's license, lots more besides even the license area they share with IVN. Does this sound like a takeover prospect following the IA signing?
