    Big Time Dilution in March...

    that's why a couple of the investors are all fired up...but guess what...as you can read for yourself...they were unable to stop the dilution at bottom basement prices.

    The two investors owned 21.9% of RGDX at the time...but not any more after the dilution. Unfortunately for shareholders, they don't own enough shares to do much of anything.

    I wonder what would happen if they got pi$$ed off and just dumped their share....down goes RGDX.

    • These two holders that saw their ownership of RGDX get further eroded to approximately 17% of o/s is clearly concerned to the point that they are trying to get the board and managment kicked out....which they never will.

      Shouldn't you be as well? I guarantee they know a lot more what's going on behind the scenes than the Frankpotomous (who quite frankly just makes sheet up and nitwits like Bagger just eats it all up).
