lets see, 2GuysBhurgers sells 600K, Bridger BUYS 6,000K ?
RG just became a long(er) term hold for me.
I sold some cheapies when sheff got involved, he always breaks something when he leaves taking his tithe, but this changes everything. I see this back on previous track to 260 in a couple weeks, maybe up. Maybe break rule to avoifd a chase, a round up in in order this time. Those management bios gives me a warm fuzzy.
Big sales are definitely a factor to be considered (tho they aren't 'insiders' , they are large holders). However, those two names on the SELL tickets are selling a BUNCH of different holdings left and right. Selling tons & tons of stock in lots & lots of names for months & months.
Heres what I know about it;
Could be they are getting one of those gay divorces now that its legal in most states. Maybe starting a polo team. Who knows, but the situation as a whole doesn't bother me much.
Note that RGDX is a small fish in their SELL pond, too.
On the other hand, they still have millions of shares of most of the names they are selling (RDXG included) , so I don't have a solid worry about their unwind. Time will tell if they stepped out of a lot of names at highs or if those keep going.
What impresses me about RGDX is the management. Great jockeys, if repeatedly growing, then selling, a company is something you like to see in your key positions. I'm going to do some more dd on the particulars before getting real big in this but I sure likes what i see so far.
$heff is in this , which is too bad, as that usually leaves a mark when he bails out pocketing his standard 10% (of a typically small holding, to boot! $heeeeesh ) scalped from flock of $heepguls, but after that, things should return to track for this Spring.
"The offering was done by National in one day. The entire 4.6 m was resolved at 1.20. They are locked and loaded. There is enough powder in the keg to get this thing going. The management team is progressive, available and aware of the share price and remain very positive about the outlook of the company for 2014" ...
