    Significant Issue!!!

I think it is significant in that the balance sheet is still sound and that soundness is not reflected. The other stuff is opinion (but also significant) which may turn out to be correct. I like the idea that there are increases in the value of assets on the balance sheet although not reflected.

    • I'm sure you like that, and that's clearly what the CEO implied. However I wonder what's really going on - first off how is a loan on a depreciating asset (implied in the same paragraph of him talking about what you're talking about - he said "asset prices are coming in" ie the collateral value is dropping) going up in value?

To state again more clearly, if they think on the one hand that the value of the loan is going up, but that the value of the loan collateral is going down, what are they thinking? [he could have been talking about owned property that is leased in which case substitute above the value of the lease is going up, but that the value of the property that CSE owns is going down].

I'm glad you clarified your point. . .LOL!

I'm really not mocking you, it just struck me funny the way you wrote it!
