Please get a hold of yourself. If you think that this stock will go down to $7.5 for more than a day even under the most grievous of circumstances, then I hope that you don't own any of it. It is just not worth this type of anxiety.
The last GS report estimated FFO going forward around 0.50 per quarter. IMO,-Best case- drop that to 0.45 or an estimated 25% div cut with CSE paying $1.80 in 2009 from FFO; - worst case - economic activity tanks and so does CSE - so the bull/bear battle rages this year, $1.80 or more in 2009 puts the stock at $17+ or worst case play out $5- or less. Seems today we are right in the middle.
