It may not be worth $2, but apparently CSE thinks it is worth about $3. If you read the recent press release, it looks like they retired some debt using stock with a valuation of a little bit over $3.00.
WTF do you mean they used stock to retire debt. Show me where equity was issued to retire debt. Ain't gonna happen that's like the company saying the required ROE is less than the embedded cost of debt and in this market anybody investing equity in a company is emanding one hell of a premium on their equity.
