I may be wrong but, I think the divy is a return of capital and therefore not taxed. Anyone have a good fix if this is correct. Man, if so it really makes the divy even more valuable. You have got to love CSE for the long term. I just keep reinvesting in the company.
Year to date net income per the Q3 2012 10-Q was $1.94 per share. That would appear to make the entire dividend paid from current year earnings. That would make it taxable as a qualified dividend. Of course GAAP income and taxable income may vary.
