Is Summit paying for the two new mines?

Or do they need extra money? Summit doubled production in the second quarter?

    • Production dropped in the second quarter. Production this year is down an abysmal 9413 hours from last year. Mine workers are constant at 41. So far production is up by 2642 mill hours over last year indicating the mill is running slower or it is reprocessing tailings. Either way the mill operators are trying to take up some of the slack. The Summit mine can't pay for itself, so the only value it has is in showing Albuquerque locals how environmentally friendly the companies processes are. It's going to take extra money to get Ortiz running. My money has been on getting permits to run Ortiz, since 2009. Everything changes when that happens.
