Does anyone know what happens with the Tsinga shares that were distributed to shareholders. Currently I have 5000 shares in my TDAmeritrade account. Is that just a worthless piece of paper now, or do we get some $ when EBIG sells their shares.
All in all quite a disappointing 6 year hold for me; lets see where the next 6 years takes us?!
you must have had one heck of a lot of ebig shares when the dividend of tsingda shares were effective to have 5000 shares of tsingda-----by my calculation, you must have had over 2.43 million shares of ebig on 15 march 2010-----wow---------hopefully we could pressure ebig management to do the right thing and negoiate with tsingda to buy our tsingda dividend shares at the same time they buy the shares from ebig-----sure would be a lot simplier and keep ebig shareholder happier with little or no cost to ebig
You are right, at the height I had 2.5M shares of EBIG, but I am down to under 1M shares now. Those 1M are mostly "on the house" now as I learnt over the years to sell shares when we have those 2 to 3 increases per year. At this point I will not sell anymore shares until we hit .25c, which I believe will happen within the next 12-24 months. I have learnt to be very, no extremly patient with this stock!
