Black Rock will make an offer within before the next cc, and then repackage the company and sell it within 12 to 24 months. The offer will be at $425 to $475 million...............and then resold at $575 to $650 million based on future fundamentals.
Danaher may in fact come forward with an offer. Black Rock is mere speculation on my part.
One thing for sure, when we are still doing 350,000 to 450,000 shares a day, up from 200,000, someone is still interested in acummulating shares.
Next quarters cc in April is going to read well on a per share GAAP basis, and apparently CAMP management was able to purchase WM without issuring BONDS @ 8% in the amount of $10 million.
Therefore, the picture is even brighter, as the cash would have had to of come from the liquid blance sheet.
CAMP cannot be built for what someone can buy it for. The company will not be a separate business much longer imo............
