I know that did not complete EU trials - they have not even applied for EU trials. That was my point. They did not prusue this as yet as this would be politically damaging with the FDA (imagined or not). They would never (did not) take the chance of this end run creating a huge monster. Maybe they should have as they would have had sales long before this time. However, you choose your own path - 20/20 is easy.
I want to carefully watch what I say here so as not exaggerate. I'll begin with a question:
1.-Would a key member to the European equivalent of our FDA be "very familiar (and, sincerely impressed) with the Danbury Conn plant?
On a scale of 1-10,
"10" being "highly likely as they are involved in a Mnkd plant inspection process", a
"1" being "just a fluke statement of a random fact made in a social conversation setting" The statement was made on the eastcoast, very recently
Anyone have any idea? I know absolutely 100% the statement was recently made, no question on that, but, whether it is signifcant, or , just an everyday conversational statement I can't evaluate one way or another.
The persons in question were talking; Mannkind came up, and the member of the Euro version of the FDA stated they had a very favorable impression of the plant....thats all I know They also said qwuote; "I'm very familiar with Mannkind and its products"
