Dude had made millions in salary and bonuses so he obviously doesn't need $100k. Dude is Chief Technical Officer. In other words, he knows the data better than anyone. His sale wasn't automatic nor related to any divorce as some have claimed. It was a completely discretionary money grab.
This sale combined with the others paint a very bad picture. This is a management team that is grabbing money ahead of the FDA decision despite earning millions each in salary and bonuses. If I were Al, I'd grab these scoundrels together in a room and tell them they are in until the final decision and if they have a problem with that they are free to leave.
If the CTO, the CFO and the Chief HR people don't believe in this company, neither do I. You'll find out why later as always.
He sold 20,000 shares and the same day it bought 20,000 shares back on an option.
All this information is available to anyone. You do understand what that is, don't you? Are you really that stupid or are you trying to influence the market? Really, if you are trying to influence the market through Yahoo! good luck! There are probably only a 150 people that read this and then only from time to time. Most of them I am certain have less than 20,000 shares. Who cares? Get a life, troll.
You just wrote two negative posts in a few hours which makes you a shorty. Now that this is cleared up if you can tell me the "actual" reason why the insiders sold, not the reason you want people to believe to go along with your little silly game of scare tactics, then I will believe you. Until then, it's only your opinion and we all know what that's worth...NOTHING!!!
Might not be the ideal time to dump that many shares but I don't think that it's a big deal. If someone dumped a million shares I would say ok there's something wrong here but 20,000 shares to these big guys are like 200 shares to us.
These guys have bonuses you cant even imagine in approval!! Piddly share trades mean nothing compared to approval money they will get remember the 50mil shares in sidelines at 5 bucks.
