Wouldn't it be interesting if I worked for a company like this and my job is to receive scripts from sales personnel and perform data entry. Wouldn't it also be interesting if correspondence, meant for the board or senior executives with a partnership offer was sent to me by mistake.
Would it be interesting if when I receive this message I recognized it to be legit and gave it my director? And then an hour later, my director, and CFO approach me and say "we dont' want you to speak of this to anyone" this would create unnecessary panic and worry" we get these offers all the time and other competitors and big named companies are alway shopping us etc. etc.
And again being told not to discuss with anyone?
Man it would be tempting to trade on that information, wouldn't it.
Pure BS, Pfizer & Merck have entered a joint venture to create a diabetes treatment back in April of last year on their phase 3 trials of Januvia. You don't enter in a long term agreement (and spend millions) if you planned on partnering with a different competing company. If Pfizer was really going to join MNKD, during the many years since the trials began for Afrezza, then they wouldn't have entered in a contract with Merck so recently.
That you a posting pure #$%$ to stir up the uninformed investors is pure misinformation and stock manipulation.
I don't remember Al saying that specifically, but Pfizer would be the last on my list to partner with. And, if you (other readers) think Pfizer is going to buy Mannkind you are probably smoking something that may, or may not be legal in your state. Pfizer's cash is overseas....
