According to that Fox news journalist, Kraft is close to a $2.3/2.8 billion dollar deal for the Post cereal brands to Ralcorp. Kraft is planning to spin off Post and then later merge with Ralcorp, to protect shareholder equity.Any thoughts?

According to the journalist yes, it's just Post. It'll be spun off from Kraft, and then Post will be merged with Ralcorp.
I'm glad to hear Kraft is going to spin-off Post and not sell it. I purchased Kraft because of the Post unit, and would hate to have it sold-off.
When is this going to happen? Is it just Post? How many plants are involved? Naperville, Battle Creek, others?
