    I'm adding at these prices

It seem to me to be a good long term hold. I site a good dividend and product line. The P/E ratio is nice and low. I value any constructive opinion.

    • I just initiated a positon @ $26... These prices are once in a lifetime opportunity!!! 3-5 years from now you will be upset for not buying great companies on sale!

      • I agree and plan on buying HNZ and KFT. The market will likely go lower after the New Year. For fresh money, I believe that's a better entry than now. These lows will be retested and probably pushed lower. Iam more of an optimist and never had a short pos. in my life. In fact Iam long gold and tech now. I just believe markets are going lower before it goes higher. Tax loss sell off end of year and dismal out look '09. No need to rush right now. Doing the same with PG,KMB,DOW,GE.

    • It's down 10% from when it had bounced back from the October sell-off. This is probably a good point to buy more shares. WIth a fair degree of certainty involving earnings, best type of stocks to buy in this environment as opposed to cyclicals.

      • i was buying below $32 for awhile and writing jan 2010 $35 calls on at least half my position (collected 2.00 for each call).

now i'm buying below $28 and writing jan 2010 $32.50 calls and collecting 2.00.

seems a like pretty easy money to me. collect the dividend and the call money with some downside risk but not too much (could hit low 20's in a disaster scenario).

if i get called, i've collected the dividend plus make about 5 pts on the stock plus the 2.00 collected on the call.

certainly bigger % gains to be made in this market over the next year but i'm happy to set aside some money to play this one.
