This is the time for all the big companies to clean house. Recognize debt, take one-time charges, and blame the inventory reductions at stores, recession, bad economy, etc. Kraft raised prices to cover increased commodities costs this past summer. That cut market share, but it's temporary. They dropped prices again, and they'll be fat and happy by the end of the year. Just watch. It's a buying opportunity. This price drop is highly exaggerated. Note that sales were UP 6% for the quarter.
