    Your Opinion worthless

This stock is owned by Institutional & Mutual funds. They control 75% of it. The retail investor has no say.
The 75% will make the decision on any merger etc. it will go higher because they know how to run these

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Quite a lot of stocks owned heavily by institutions & mutual funds, yet folks have the need to express themselves. Sure is nice to live in a free country!!!!!!! ; ) We need more comments/opinions, not less!!!!!!! ; )

      Sentiment: Hold

    • Most companies are owned principally by funds and institutions. But management still calls a lot of shots.
Both Pepsi and Mondelez essentially told Peltz to drop dead. He is really a nobody with a nobody fund. He's worth about 1.1 bill. WOW. And do people like him or think he's a jerk? Personal animosity has a lot to do with deals. MDLZ is not a fit at all with Pepsi. Totally different channels of distribution.
Managers of companies BTW know more about how to manage than a fund guy. Ever check the ages of fund managers?

    • If this is true and this stock is 75% institutional, this would be a major plus IMO. Trust me, I know what happens to stocks when it is heavily owned by retail. "Manipulation".
