From here on - a strong BUY

Brazil is likely to continue to lower interest rates to stimulate the economy. The Real may devalue a little more ... but ... GFA is currently trading at half book value, the lower interest rates and stimulated economy will encourage residential real estate buying and real estate values will rise as a protection against inflation.
The lower share price of GFA will encourange the company to be more prudent with their borrowing which will lead to better earnings.
Bottomline, from here on, if the share price goes lower, this has to be a BUY because six months from now, the real will be rise, the real estate surplus will have all but disappeared and this business will be roaring along and book value will be steadily rising ...
I am buying the fear ...
