    GFA revenue stream

If my memory serves me correctly. Gafisa revenue was near the percentage amount as Alphaville. Looks to me if they can get Tenda performing in a positive way...then the future looks pretty bright. We all know that Gafisa and Alphaville will start good positive growth all based on housing needs and all the exciting things coming to Brazil in near future years. Add to that.....Brazil economy growth and european improvement. Looks pretty bright to me.

    • It always makes sense until it doesn't; it doesn't make any sense until it does. I just know that you buy a builder when there is rampant uncertainty but the economic underpinnings look like they could turn upward. Everyone wants their own domicile; nobody really wants to be a renter - or in Brazil's case - a squatter.
