Insiders should retaliate the downgrade with insider buys. Insider Buying + Earnings Beat = Shorts like Deer in Headlights

The Real pretty weak. Tmw will bounce. IMO.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Is this due to some over-all uncertainty re outcome of the giant bankruptcy proceedings of Brazilian tycoon? The world is watching! This is a volatile stock for sure and seems particularly sensitive to ANY news out of Brazil. I have done pretty well "month-trading" this over the past few yrs and this is definately buying territory. May have to wait a bit but the upside is often as big a jump as down run. I know this is just casino talk and I always appreciate those of you who invest with real DD behind your moves and your willingness to share on this board.

IMO is the carry trade of a weak real. (as aco has said here many times) If you think Tombini likes BRL at $2 and will defend it with bulk swaps, this is a great entry point. Otherwise, wait until it retests BRL$2.5 per dollar.

Make no mistake it’s been a bad investment for me. What I failed to read is the delay that Brazilian funds invest AFTER the inflexion point. IOW. American Funds tend to invest in American Stocks BEFORE the inflexion point and unwind the trade when everything is nice and dandy at ten bagger highs.

Notice that if you cut GFA price in half, twice defaulted HXM would be 30% more valuable today. Moodys would have a hallowing experience rating HXM. At some point insiders should pay attention on market abnormalities.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
