3.9, 4.0, and 4.0. based on those closings the number of shares to be issued on Aug 24 will be based on a 30% discount cost of 2.77 cents. A total of 105 million shares or more will be issued with 20 business days to sell before the next installment.
They will need to sell 5.23 million shares per day. The total volume including other trades will have to be well over 10 million a day. IMO, the demand is not going to be high enough to withstand that number of shares sold.
If the average closing continue to fall, the above numbers will continue to get even larger.

I absolutely agree. With current market conditions, speculative money is more limited. Things are going to get interesting fast toward the end of August as sp decreases are required to try to stimulate/create demand for the volume of shares being sold.
