reverse/split without approval of shareholders?
Is that a 2/1 ratio or more.....if it happens?
i dont currently own shares but i meant if i were to buy now
The shareholders would have to agree to this. Why would we want a reverse split at this point? A 10-to-1 split would put the pps at .45. Just hold on for future developments. The reverse split would make more sense for the company at a higher pps.
Hey blue eyes hope you are well. The problem here is you say to hold for future developmets but it is dangerous to take your eyes off this stock if you want to save something. Bankruptcy is the only way out of this mess.
Thanks blu_eyez01.....so it is better for the company...but not the shareholders..is that right?
you girls (nurses)amaze me at how much you understand in the stock world....I guess they're right (I'm a dummy)but am learning fast.
More appropriately and depicting, vincent_guacci, you are brown eyes.
Shirey it needs approval from the shareholders. WIth a company with this many outstanding shares 2 for 1 is not even close. You would be looking at somewhere between 30-1 to 50-1 on 750,000,000 shares.
I think they're going to declare Chapter 11 and re-org as NuVax.
R/S won't be necessary, then.
Question is: how do the creditors make out in a BK? They'll fight a BK that makes their new shares worthless.
I think we all know how RXPC bagholders will fare in a bankruptcy.
Timing of BK? hard to guess. Do they milk the last shares of the 750,000,000?
