It's no wonder the stock has done nothing since they spun off from ADP. Check out the reviews on www glassdoor . com /Reviews/Broadridge-Company-Reviews-E42559_P3.htm. Pattern of many of the reviews is that management is awful!
I've not heard good things either about the company in general and its management. The word is that it's a huge, mismangaged sweatshop. I have a friend that works there in middle management. She tells me that during their busy season it is quite common for senior management to "influence" salaried/professional employees to work extremely long hours to the point of exhaustion. They are all exempt workers so they get no overtime pay whatsoever. They are supposed to get comp time but never do. When they complain they are threatened with their jobs. They also use a lot of immigrant labor for their warehouse and mailing operations, many with questionable work eligibility satus. They work hard to keep this clandestine by hiring them through third party temp agencies who know how to keep this under wraps. Not that I care because they are getting more productivity with much lower overhead, so hats off to them! I just question why the share price has never moved and wish I hadn't invested so much $. Time to dump the stock I think.
