Am a newbie in this stock (4 months) and not being pleased with the performance of it is a great understatement. Does anyone "KNOW" if they, in FACT, have a patented battery for cell phones that requires very little re-charging? If so, where the hell is it?
Wouldn't it be funny if nubuzzman made a gazillion dollars by accident?
ParkerVision has nothing to do with the battery business. They have developed an RF PA (radio frequency power amplifier) based on their D2D radio technology which they claim has advantages in power consumption, thus extending battery life in cell phones. They do not expect to deliver until, I think, '06.
Four months ago, Jan. 26, PRKR hit an intraday high of $11.65. In general, it is a bad idea to chase stocks that are up about 80% in a week. IMHO, holding here is a good idea, so as not to complete the process of buying high and selling low.
