We will see who is "overmatched"

I sure would love to hear what the Judse has to say to QCOMs lawyers after he reads the footnotes on page 2 of PRKRs responsive pleading. It will probably be a conversation, with both head cousel, that will take place in Chambers.

    • Yup I read those comments too. Prkr's lawyers twist the truth even better than JP, which is no easy feat. They obviously are trying to spin that the QCOM lawyers are being uncooperative.

But the reality is would you even want to mediate, deal, or even talk to a company that launched a lawsuit just to avoid de-listing from NASDAQ and thereby avoid certain BK? There is nothing to mediate or discuss! PRKR is claiming to invent direct conversion and undersampling, two well known concepts, and has documented these 'ideas' in patents that are completely misleading, and if anything are written to confuse the patent board.

I don't blame QCOM for any of the statements documented in the latest PRKR filing. If anything it sounds to me that Prkr's attorneys are just as reprehensible as JP himself.

Please note these opinions are my own and can at anytime be refuted, with no basis in logic, by inane comments from our favorite paid poster roundie.

      • Rounder; than you don't know the judicial system or a Federal Judges mentality and I do. They may practice law that way in New York but this is Jacksonville and when a judge tells you the manner a case will be handled, in his Courtroom; you better listen and adhere to his instructions. He will likely deny all of QCOMs motions.
