I have a feeling several people on this board will get pleasure out this, enjoy:
"A Delaware federal judge said Wednesday that Rambus Inc.'s destruction of evidence in its patent infringement row with Micron Technology Inc. was intentional and widespread, and that her penalty — banning Rambus from enforcing 12 of its semiconductor patents — was drastic but justified." Law360.
Yup, rambus malfeasance from more than a decade ago has been haunting rambus patents ever since - whomever made the decision to try to fool the court( Geoff Tate??) by shredding relevant docs has cost shareholders billions.
