    The gratitude of this Long

The coming trial is scheduled to begin on October 7, 2013 in Florida (PRKR’s home state). If QCOM willfully infringed PRKR’s patents, should PRKR win, the judge has the authority to treble any damages award granted by the jury. The patents have at least 10 more years of life before they expire.

It's a great place to be this year. Long on Parkervision and waiting for the trial. We've got 6 months (or so) before this all kicks off. This buddy of mine will get quite a thank you for his advice to look over PRKR and consider putting skin into the game. Everything he said would happen..........has happened. I have no reason to believe anything but a good payoff is coming. I've watched this very closely. Very closely. And I have not ever felt like I'm guilty of ignoring warning signs. There really haven't been any of those "Uh oh" type of situations.

    Patience is key.

"I have no reason to believe anything but a good payoff is coming."

      - what do you hope to achieve by posting blatant lies?

Has it never occurred to you that it is the dishonesty of you and your buddies which has primarily been responsible for the flood of inconvenient information which has so damaged your agenda in this forum?

      • Fud shut up, you are the one who is dishonest and flooding BS onto this message board. You are not only damaging your agenda but you are doing damage to your soul with your blantant dishonesty.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • Fud,
I don't know where to begin. First, I guess I'm not sure where I lied. What I posted was my experience and the comments about the upcoming hearing are certainly the truth. Holy Weirdness Batman, I was even careful to phrase the hearing issues with "if" and "should" to avoid declarative statements.

You're reply is just so..........strange. But that is not outside your range of behavior. Your last sentence is so screwy, I can't even dissect it because I can't make sense of it. So, I'll leave that little twisted pretzel where it lays. Pretty good strategy Fud. Compose something so convoluted, your adversary can't even respond. There's brilliance in your creepy weirdness.

        Sentiment: Buy
