"While we did receive an expected significant commercial contract before 2012 year-end, it came too late to book meaningful revenue in the fourth quarter. Additionally, a large defense contract which we expected to receive in late 2012 is currently projected to be received during the first quarter of 2013.”

(Unaudited) 2012 Year-End Financial Results
Do you have a reading comprehension problem? Or more evidently you seem to read things in a vacuum. You can not take this paragraph as a stand alone and ignore everything else he said. In fact this paragraph in light of their announcement only highlights even further how much trouble they are in. Remember in the same announcement Mr. Fred guided 2013 to be lower on both the top and bottom line in comparison to 2012. That is lower revenue and earnings. So if you factor in the small commercial contract that will now appear on the 2013 balance sheet and the defense contact will now be anticipated to arrive sometime in 2013. Then what is left with these two add ons they are still projecting lower revenue and earnings.
Nobody missed it, you just made the perfect case as to why this stock should be avoided at all costs. A very strong sell I would say and I believe the market's reaction supports this.
Then why not sell, and move on. I think reality is you are short CVU, and trying to dissuade others from buying and increasing a price that you are desperate to drive down and cover.
