You know there is really no real reason for these suits except the attorneys think they can capture some fees. But when one of them loses their case, the company then has the right to file against them not only for a frivilous suit but tortuous interference. And folks, that could happen for sure.
I believe there is only one class action law suit filed, I think by Millberg. All of these other #$%$ are just trying to get a client to sign up with them so that they will get a piece of the pie, if there ends up being a pie. They put out a press release which is basically a free advertisement, and they almost all have similar wording. "Call us for more details". If they talk you into signing on with them, they are in the money. I noted this at the bottom:
"This press release may be considered Attorney Advertising in some jurisdictions under the applicable law and ethical rules."
Hope you're right. I'm in at $36 and have rode it down and now back up so I am hoping to at least recoup my initial investment. If all works out and they acquire Berry, the stock could take a nice jump. praying.
