When its announced that the SEC found no accounting irregularities, only shareholders that sold will lose. SEC will be ashamed of the havoc that they had caused unnecessarily.
Ditto, yes the trouble makers should be the ones to pay the price and the SEC should investigate them.

Barron's has been the problem. Rather than an independant news source, Barron's has become a market tout for short sellers. Barron's should be investigated by the SEC.
